The agreement between you and Slomad.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms cover slomad.com and every tool on it, including Slomad Trips and the Slomad mobile app. Using the service means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
Also relevant: the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Slomad Trips takes flight confirmations and boarding passes and turns them into clean itineraries. It is operated by one person, and is currently in beta — expect the occasional rough edge.
You need an account for most features. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for the accuracy of what you upload. One person, one account.
You keep all rights to the documents and itineraries you upload. Slomad is granted only the permission needed to actually run the service: to store, process, and display your content back to you, and to send it where you ask it to be sent. That's it. Nothing here grants a right to sell your content, publish it, or train models on it.
This matters more than anything else on this page.
Itineraries are generated by AI, and AI makes mistakes. Times, dates, terminals, gates, seats, and confirmation numbers can all be extracted incorrectly, and a document may be misread in ways that look entirely plausible.
Always verify against your airline's own confirmation before you travel. Slomad is a convenience layer over your travel documents, not a source of truth, and is not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding, or any other loss arising from relying on an extracted itinerary. Keep your original confirmations — the service deliberately stores them alongside each trip so you can.
Core features are free. Paid plans, when purchasable, are billed annually in advance through Stripe.
The plans, and what each one includes — including how many trips a free account holds — may change at any time. Changes to the free plan can take effect immediately and without notice; it's a free service, and what it can sustainably offer will move as costs and usage do.
If you're a paying subscriber you'll get email notice before a material change to your plan, and the price you signed up at stays locked for as long as your subscription is active.
Nothing you have already saved is ever removed, hidden, or expired by a change to the plans. Trip capacity applies only when creating a new trip, so if a limit drops below what you already have, you keep all of it and simply can't add more until you're back under.
"Unlimited trips" on Passport means there is no cap on how many trips your account may hold. It does not mean unlimited processing: the fair-use safety limits described in the Acceptable Use Policy apply to every account, paid and free alike. They sit far above ordinary personal travel, and if you reach one through genuine use, get in touch and it will be raised.
Nor does it mean unlimited storage. There is no storage limit today, and none is planned for anyone using Trips for their own travel. If usage far beyond that ever makes one necessary, a reasonable limit may be introduced with advance notice to anyone affected — and as above, nothing already stored would be deleted because of it.
The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. It may be unavailable for maintenance, outages, or upstream provider failures. Features may change or be retired — if a feature you rely on is going away, reasonable notice will be given.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Your account may be suspended or terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy. Except in cases of clear abuse, you'll get an email first and a chance to export your data.
Free accounts may also be suspended, limited, or closed where use is abusive or places an unreasonable load on the service — including automated or scripted use, repeatedly circumventing limits, or running up processing costs far beyond ordinary personal travel. What counts as abuse is Slomad's judgement to make, applied honestly and case by case; this is a backstop against the rare account that makes the free tier unsustainable, not a limit on normal use. If your account is affected and you think it's wrong, get in touch — a person reads it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Slomad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed flights, cancelled travel, or lost bookings — arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid in the previous twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
If these terms change materially, notice will be given by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
