Pack like a pro and stop using ziplock style plastic bags for your toiletries
My Honest Thoughts on the TSA Clear Toiletry Bags
Sure, it's just a plastic bag. But after I had a "mishap" with some toiletry liquids I packed in ziplock bags, I searched for an alternative way to store my travel toiletry items. These TSA approved toiletry bags are far thicker, tougher and seal much better than ordinary ZipLock style bags that most people use to pack their toiletries.
Things I like:
Perfect size for what TSA allows (1 quart)
Won't leak, even after being in a pressurized airplane cabin
Tough, thick plastic that won't get punctured by your sharp toothpaste corners
Well made, reliable double zip seals that actually won't leak
Last a long time - I've been using mine for at least 2 years
Price: These are $12.99 for 3, which is a lot more expensive than regular plastic zip bags. However, after using these for awhile, I can say that the price is very fair for the quality. They pay for themselves quickly the first time you have something leak inside them and they protect the rest of your bag. Ask me how I know!!!
